Reyson Lizardo Galvá is the PMO of the Ministry of the Presidency in the Government at Dominican Republic. He is Computer Systems Engineer “summa cum laude”, from Universidad APEC (Dominican Republic), and have a magister in Public High Management with Ortega & Gasset University Institute (Spain), and certified in E-Government in academies from Mexico (Monterrey Institute) and Argentina (INAP). In the present time is doctoral candidate of Complutense University of Madrid (Spain).
Lizardo has participated in several international congresses exposing about the subjects : E-Government, Open Government, ICT applied by Public Administration and Tools for monitoring Public Administration. He has been advisor of many public and private institutions, in the implementation of different information systems, and he was coordinator for 12 year of many projects funded by European Union in Dominican Republic. Mr. Lizardo also teaches electronic government at the graduate level at the Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra and is coauthor of a book on decentralization of municipal management and has written many articles for various national and international magazines and blogs.
